                                 THE SILENT INVASION 

The book silent invasion is a wonderful book so far as I am in to science fiction and it involves space one of my favourite topics. So far the book tells us that the invasion has already begun and that the victims of the spores get taken to quarantine. Also the main character Callie suffers from great saddness as she realised that her sister Gracie has been infected by spores and eventually will be taken to quarantine. So Callie intends to hide Gracie for a while so she can spend a bit more time with her. Callie lives with her stepmother Vannessa and her stepfather Tim. Callie also has a younger brother Casper and according to Callie her life has been particulary bad when he was born. Callies stepmother Vannessa treats Callie like an outsider, an inconvenience. The book also states that Gracie has developed a habit of wandering off without anybody knowing. The spores change your mind and your self entierly until you forget who you are and you as a person is gone. The book says that this process takes a while to complete so Callie wonders when her sister is gone completly.
