Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children- Week Three

So far in the book I have sighted a picture which I inferred that it was a picture of Miss Peregrine  because the name 'Peregrine' is the name of a hawk and the Grandfather said their was a bird who smoked a pipe and guarded a house.  The bird could be Miss Peregrine who guarded or took care of a house with children [Miss Peregrine's home for Peculiar Children.] {page 63}

So far in this book we have been introduced to new characters, Martin, a man who works at Cainholm museum and his uncle Oggie.
On page 91, the book said that his grandfather was having an affair because the letter said that 'I love you and when are you coming back', so I inferred that the letter might be for a different person.
