Trash

This term we are reading a book called 'Trash'. So far in this text, Raphael, Gardo and Rat, Three trash boys, go sifting through rubbish and find a bag with a wallet and money inside. It also had an ID and photos. The ID was of Jose' Angelico, who was killed by the police in an interrogation room. The police showed up the next day and asked for the bag but Raphael denied he had it. He then tried to investigate with rat what it was and he found there was a key to a locker in central station. They found that there was a letter in there addressed to a person in jail who was Jose's Grandfather. The next day, Raphael was taken into the police station and almost beaten to death. They let him free because he insisted he didn't have the bag. Later, Gardo convinced Olivia Weston, Rats teacher at mission school, to take them to the jail to see Jose's grandfather although he said that it was Gardos Grandfather. While they are talking Raphael and Gardo go to visit the vise president of Bahala. That is all I have read so far but I love the book. I found it very action packed and mysterious.
