The Melting Pot
So far I like this book at the start i was not hooked on the book and found it a liitle diffulcult to read. This book was not my style, as i continued to read it I found it more interesting.
This is a book about a boy named Edward his mum is aussie and his dad is chinese Edward is trying to find out where he fits in. Along the way he is faced with bullies and confusion.
I like how this book creates imagery in my head the author has great detail the book is very descriptive.
I like the message the author has created because the message is very strong about finding your identity as a peason, that can be hard when you are a child but if you persivere you can find your true identity.
I still have many wonderings and questions hopefully as i continue to read The Melting Pot the wonderings will be answered.
