So far rat is using his money to get food and cigarettes but they are in the strip joints around Buendia and they were eating and smoking on the streets to look as rough possible they found a spot near a cheap hotel with the street boys for a night at the ruin of  the place.  

'No one slept, no one felt safe they weren't mean we were so used to being a three'.  the crowd made Raphael nervous and then they found a tiny room instead high in a stack of old shacks over a laundry. it wasn't big maybe the size of a coffin and it says its better better than no doors or windows which leads me to believe that in this tiny room were windows and some sort of door or doorway, we whispered our plans. so that is whats happening on page 140.  

I predict that they are going to sleep here today and then in the morning they are going to go out and the reason they were making a plan could be to get the bible so they can figure out the bible code and then truly understand for themselves in Gabriel Orlandiz's honour what is "Accomplished".
