The Melting Pot

Now, the book is about how Edward doesn't want to go to China. He tries to convince his Mum and Dad that he doesn't need to go to China and learn the Chinese ways. He tries his hardest to help as much as he can in his Dad's store to show him that he doesn't need to go to China. But meanwhile, at school, the senior boys see that he is a good bowler and they let him pay cricket for a while. Is he finally starting to fit in?

I predict that the rest of the book will be about how  Edward tries to continue to convince his Parents that he doesn't need to go to China.

At the start of this book I HATED it. But now, once I actually read on, I actually enjoyed the book and how it takes me to another world. Reading truly is my super power!!
