Lennie the Legend: Novel Response

Novel Response:

In the book 'Lennie the Legend' I like that Lennie is not afraid to follow his dreams and wishes. I also like how he is always there, caring for Ginger Mick, and never leaves him alone, or hungry. Lennie is my age and yet he doesn't care, he is brave and someone to look up to. In Leogatha {Where Lennie is from} there is a statue in honour of Lennie, 'the boy who travelled all the way to Sydney by horse to see the opening of the Sydney Harbour Bridge'. I also like how we are introduced to new characters along the way. There are many challenges that Lennie must face, the most important being him missing his family and not being able to see or contact them.

  1. A well written blog. I like how you add a photo to support your thinking. I would like to show the other students your blog so they see the importance of adding images to support their ideas.
